Is the Free plan really free?
Yes! All new accounts start off on the free plan with 5 registered emails a month available, every month.
Can I switch between free and paid plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When downgrading, however, we may change your receipt storage conditions.
What does a user mean?
A user means a unique email address from which you will be sending your emails.
What does the Registered-by notice mean?
For Free plans, the following notice will be added to the email body informing the recipient that the email contents and delivery have been registered by eEvidence:

What are the limitations regarding size and CC recipients?
Up to 50MB per email in all plans. Free accounts can send emails with up to 5 recipients on copy, up to 25 in paid plans.
